One of St.-Estephe's most forward thinking producers, Prats is never content with merely making outstanding wine. Over the last few years he has improved Cos d'Estournel, already one of the great wines of Bordeaux, by eliminating any filtration at bottling, and replacing the standard paper label with one made of plastic so it will not disintegrate in damp, humid cellars. Additionally, the quality of his wines in such difficult vintages as 1992 and 1993 has been remarkable. Readers should also note that a second wine, the beautifully packaged Les Pagodes de Cos, has been implemented with the 1994 vintage. It appears to be a fine second wine. One of the most successful Medocs of the vintage, Cos d'Estournel's 1993 exhibits an opaque dark purple color, and a heady, sweet, pure, blackcurrant bouquet that roars from the glass. With surprising richness, fat, and glycerin, tasters would never suspect that this medium-bodied, elegant yet authoritatively-flavored wine emerged from such a difficult vintage. The wine's low acidity and roundness guarantees 12-14 years of drinkability. This is a splendid success in an irregular vintage. Cos d'Estournel is clearly producing wines that are often of first-growth potential.(The Wine Advocate, Feb 28, 1997) °ÛºÌ¤òÊü¤Ä¥µ¥ó¡¦¥Æ¥¹¥Æ¥Õ¤Î°ÎÂç¤Ê¸ºß ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥³¥¹ ¥Ç¥¹¥È¥¥¥ë¥Í¥ë Chateau Cos d'Estournel ¼Â¶È²È¤Î¥ß¥·¥§¥ë¡¦¥ì¥¤¥Ó¥¨¤¬¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤ò¹ØÆþ¤·¤¿¤Î¤Ï2000ǯ¡£ ¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥®¥ç¡¼¥à¡¦¥×¥é¥Ã¥Ä¡Ê¸½¡¦¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì¡¦¥Ð¥í¥ó¡¦¥É¡¦¥í¥¹¥Á¥ã¥¤¥ë¥É¡¦¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥ÈCEO¡Ë¤¬»ÙÇۿͤò̳¤á¤Æ¤¤¤¿»þÂå¤ËÃÛ¤¤¤¿ºÇÀèü¤Î¾ú¤ÀßÈ÷¤È¡¢¥ê¥â¡¼¥È¡¦¥»¥ó¥·¥ó¥°¤ò¶î»È¤·¤¿ºÏÇݤǡ¢¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥È¤ä¥â¥ó¥í¡¼¥º¤ò¶¼¤«¤¹¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢ÅÚ¾í¤Î¥Ð¥é¥ó¥¹¤ò»Ï¤á¡¢¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤ò¼è¤ê´¬¤¯¼«Á³´Ä¶¤â¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼¥»¥«¥ó¥É¤Ë¤Õ¤µ¤ï¤·¤¤½¨°ï¤Ê¤â¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¾¤ÎÄÉ¿ï¤òµö¤µ¤Ê¤¤¡¢¤½¤Î°µÅÝŪÉʼÁ¤Ç¡¢¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼¥»¥«¥ó¥ÉɮƬ¤ÎºÂ¤ò³Î¸Ç¤¿¤ë¤â¤Î¤Ë¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥³¥¹ ¥Ç¥¹¥È¥¥¥ë¥Í¥ë °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥³¥¹ ¥Ç¥¹¥È¥¥¥ë¥Í¥ë 1993 Chateau Cos d'Estournel ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù 29,800 円

The 2006 Petrus now seems to be evolving more slowly than the 2006 Le Pin: the fruit darker with raspberry coulis, mulberry, hints of marmalade and crushed rose petals coming forth. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, gently gripping the mouth and demonstrating admirable weight and complexity. You might almost think there was some Cabernet Franc towards the finish thanks to the subtle peppery notes coming through. It is probably ready to drink now, but the substance here suggests that it will age for another decade and continue to offer pleasure long after. It has a very pure bouquet, a mixture of blackberry, raspberry leaf, freshly tilled meadow and a touch of cold stone. It is not a powerful bouquet, but delineated and very focused. The palate is not dissimilar to the Grands Echezeaux on the entry: linear and poised with crisp brambly red fruit. But it swerves another way mid-through, developing a wonderful candied core of strawberry and Morello and a caressing finish sending ripples of pleasure across the senses. In many ways it is a self-effacing Richebourg with charm and candour, but I Richebourg that I suspect may be deceptively long lived. The Richebourg 2011 is a fair prince rather than a grand king. 931 cases produced. Scents of bitter-sweet floral perfume, citrus oils, white pepper, peat, and black fruit distillates pungently, almost aggressively fill the nose. The marrow and beef gelatin aspect of this Pinot is salient, but is allied on a palpably tannic palate with similarly impressive concentrated cooked black fruits, dark mushroom stock, forest floor, smoky Lapsang tea, and licorice. For grip and power, too, this surpasses its stable mates. But a glance back at the Romanee-St.-Vivant suggests that you can't have it all, and that this La Tache cannot approach that wine's finesse or quite equal its mystery. Still, I suspect this will be worth following for at least two decades.(The Wine Advocate, Dec 22, 2009) ¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì ¥É ¥é ¥í¥Þ¥Í ¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥í¥Þ¥Í¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ ¥é ¥¿¡¼¥·¥å 2006 ¥é¥Ù¥ëÉÔÎÉ ¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì ¥É ¥é ¥í¥Þ¥Í ¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ ¥é¥¿¡¼¥·¥å DRC La Tache ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù[¤Î¤³¤ê1ËÜ] 1,280,000 円

The palate is medium-bodied with immense purity and delicacy on the entry. This La Tache is extremely focused, velvety smooth in the mouth and although not as complex as the 2010, it has a beguiling femininity that will seduce at ten paces. It is extremely long in the mouth but politely does not outstay its welcome. Divine. 1,514 cases produced. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, melting and succulent, with a textural attack that segues into a fleshy core of ripe fruit. This is an especially immediate vintage of Bachelet's Côte de Nuits-Villages, which hails from the lieu-dit Queue de Hareng in Brochon, a site that would surely have won the communal appellation had it been located in Gevrey-Chambertin.(The Wine Advocate, Jan 10, 2020) µ©¾¯À¤âÁê¤Þ¤Ã¤Æ¥«¥ë¥ÈŪ¤Ê»Ù»ý¤òÆÀ¤Æ¤¤¤ëÀ¸»º¼Ô ¥É¥¥¥Ë ¥Ð¥·¥å¥ì Denis Bachelet ¥É¥¥¥Ë ¥Ð¥·¥å¥ì¤ÎȪ¤Ï4¥Ø¥¯¥¿¡¼¥ë¶¯¤Î¾®¤µ¤ÊȪ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤Ö¤É¤¦¤Î¼ùÎ𤬹⤯¡¢¼ýÎ̤⿤¯¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ Ȫ¤Ç¤ÎÑòÄê¤Ï¸·¤·¤¯¡¢´°àú¤Ç¤Ï¤Ê¤¤²Ì¼Â¤òÇÓ½ü¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤òÅ°Ä줷¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤³¤Î¸ÅÌÚ¤«¤é¤¤é¤ì¤ë¤Ö¤É¤¦¤ò½ü¹¼¤·¡¢²º¤ä¤«¤ÊÃê½Ð¸å¡¢ÌÚî¤ËÆþ¤ì¤Æ½ÏÀ®¤µ¤»¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¿·Ã®ÈæΨ¤Ï¥°¥é¥ó¥¯¥ê¥å¤Ç¤Ï30-50¡ó¡¢Â¼Ì¾¥¯¥é¥¹¤Ç¤Ï30-40¡ó¤Û¤É¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢²Ì¼Â¤Î´Å¤ß¤ò¤è¤ê¸ú²ÌŪ¤Ë°ú¤½Ð¤¹¤³¤È¤¬¤Ç¤¤ë¤È¹Í¤¨¿·¤¿¤Êî²ñ¼Ò¤Î¤â¤Î¤òƳÆþ¤¹¤ë¤Ê¤Éî¤ÎÁªÊ̤⸷̩¤Ë¹Ô¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤µ¤é¤Ë¡¢Èà¤é¤Ï2014ǯ¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¤«¤éȯ¹ÚÃæ¤Î¥Ñ¥ó¥Á¥À¥¦¥ó¤Î²ó¿ô¤ò¸º¤é¤¹¤³¤È¤Ç¡¢¥¿¥ó¥Ë¥ó¤ÎÃê½Ð¤ò¤è¤ê²º¤ä¤«¤Ë¤¹¤ëÅØÎϤò¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ºÇ¶á¤Ç¤Ï¥Ó¥ª¥Ç¥£¥Ê¥ßÇÀË¡¤Ëž´¹¤·¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢1¤Ä¤Î¶è²è¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¡¢Í¥ÎÉ¥¯¥í¡¼¥ó¤À¤±¤ÇºÏÇݤ¹¤ë¤Î¤Ç¤Ï¤Ê¤¯°Û¤Ê¤ë°äÅÁ»Ò¤ò»ý¤Ä¤Ö¤É¤¦¤òºÏÇݤ¹¤ë¤³¤È¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¡¢¼ý³Ï»þ¤Ë¾¯¤·½ÀÆðÀ¤ò»ý¤¿¤»¤ë¹©Éפʤɤâ¹Ô¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥Í¥¹¤È¹½Â¤Åª¤Ê¤·¤Ê¤ä¤«¤µ¤ò»ý¤Ä¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ê¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤Ø¤È¡¢¤Þ¤¹¤Þ¤¹¿Ê²½¤·Â³¤±¤ë¡Ö¥É¥¥¥Ë ¥Ð¥·¥å¥ì¡×¤Ïµ©¾¯À¤âÁê¤Þ¤Ã¤Æ¥«¥ë¥ÈŪ¤Ê»Ù»ý¤òÆÀ¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥É¥¥¥Ë ¥Ð¥·¥å¥ì °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥É¥¥¥Ë ¥Ð¥·¥å¥ì ¥³¡¼¥È ¥É ¥Ë¥å¥¤ ¥ô¥£¥é¡¼¥¸¥å 2018 Àµµ¬ÉÊ Denis Bachelet Cote de Nuits Villages ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù 12,980 円

This vintage is a precise reflection of Coastal Tuscany, as opposed to a more generic "Tuscan" wine from elsewhere in this large central Italian region. You taste the ripeness and soft fruit weight that comes from a coastal appellation with especially bright luminosity and warm Mediterranean offshore breezes. Sassicaia from the cool vintages is a famously reticent or withholding wine in its earliest years, requiring a long lead time before it eases into an ideal drinking window. That's definitely not the case here. This wine is beautiful and compelling straight out of the gate, showing a lovely mix of dark fruit, oak spice, balanced freshness, textural richness, soft tannins and an expertly contained 14% alcohol content. The wine's immediate character is what distinguishes this vintage, and I wouldn't get too fussed by exaggerated cellar-aging ambitions. The wine awards sheer pleasure in its current form, with dazzling primary fruit and soaring intensity over the near and medium term.(The Wine Advocate, Jan 06, 2023) ¥µ¥Ã¥·¥«¥¤¥¢ 2020 Àµµ¬ÉÊ Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢ À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù 38,500 円

The La Tâche 1990 sports a deep garnet core with brick rim. The palate is obviously from a relatively warm Burgundy vintage and delivers a surfeit of ripe, juicy and powerful red fruit infused with black truffle, leather and mint, with time a touch of rose petals. It gains more and more delineation with time, though never quite achieves the clinical precision of the 1991. The palate is full-bodied and for La Tâche, quite sinewy with layers of intense, rounded, svelte red berry fruit with just a touch of piquancy. It has an enormous structure and undeniable presence, yet this bottle could not hold a torch to either the 1991 or the 1999 La Tâche.
