Clerc Milon À֥磻¥ó¡¡750ml [AOC¡Ï¥Ý¥¤¥ä¥Ã¥¯¡¡Âè5µé [ɾ¡¡²Á¡Ï93-95ÅÀ The 2018 Clerc Milon is composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot and 1% Carménère. Grapes were harvested a bit later here than at Mouton, from September 17 to October 10. Deep garnet-purple colored, it leaps from the glass with bold scents of warm cassis, blackberry compote and dark chocolate with hints of Morello cherries, baking spices and dried roses plus a waft of underbrush. It has a wonderfully rich, confidently sensuous palate with plenty of spicy layers and a velvety texture, finishing long and perfumed. This should age incredibly. Château Bellvue Mondotte À֥磻¥ó¡¡750ml [AOC¡Ï¥µ¥ó¥Æ¥ß¥ê¥ª¥ó ¥°¥é¥ó¥¯¥ê¥å [ɾ¡¡²Á¡Ï95+ÅÀ An extraordinary effort in this vintage, this 2008 was made from lower yields than the 2010 (the 2008's equaled 20 hectoliters per hectare) and is a blend of 90% Merlot and equal parts Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon that came in at 14% natural alcohol. Michel Rolland has been the consultant for all the Perse estates since their acquisition, and the 2008's fruit was harvested very late, October 20. The result is a backward, dense purple-colored wine revealing a crushed rock-like liqueur along with highly extracted, massive flavors of black currants, sweet cherries, licorice and toast. This full-bodied effort requires 5-6 years of bottle age and should last for 25-30 years. 194, The Wine Advocate¡Ê2nd May 2011¡Ë¢£Bellevue Mondotte¡¡¥Ù¥ë¥ô¥å¡¼ ¥â¥ó¥É¥Ã¥È ¡Ø¥¸¥§¥é¡¼¥ë¤È¥·¥ã¥ó¥¿¡¼¥ë¡¦¥Ú¥ë¥¹¤Î¿·¤·¤¤¥È¥í¥Õ¥£¡¼¡¦¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ç ¡¡¤¢¤ë¡£ 2001ǯ¤Î¥Ù¥ë¥ô¥å¡¼¡¦¥â¥ó¥É¥Ã¥È¤Ï¶Ë¸Â¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ç¤¢¤ë¡ª¤³ ¡¡¤Î¾¯ÎÌ¥¥å¥ô¥§¤Ï¡¢¥Ú¥ë¥¹¤Î¤Û¤«¥µ¥ó¥Æ¥ß¥ê¥ª¥ó¤Î¥³¥¹¥È¤ò¹Í¤¨¤ë ¡¡¤Èŷʸ³ØŪ¤ÊÃÍÃʤȤʤë¤Î¤Ï´Ö°ã¤¤¤Ê¤¤¡£ ¤·¤«¤·¡¢¤½¤ÎÃÍÃʤò»Ùʧ ¡¡¤¨¤ë¾ÃÈñ¼Ô¤Ë¤È¤Ã¤Æ¤Ï¡¢ÉʼÁ¤¬ºÇ¹â¥ì¥Ù¥ë¤Ç¤¢¤ë¤³¤È¤Ï³Î¼Â¤Ç¤¢¤ë¡£ ¡Ù ¡¡Èþ½Ñ½ÐÈÇ¼Ò ¡ØBORDEAUX ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ Âè4ÈÇ¡Ù 2008ǯ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Ù¥ë¥ô¥å¡¼ ¥â¥ó¥É¥Ã¥È 750ml ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ À֥磻¥ó 21,560 円

Château Bellvue Mondotte À֥磻¥ó¡¡750ml [AOC¡Ï¥µ¥ó¥Æ¥ß¥ê¥ª¥ó ¥°¥é¥ó¥¯¥ê¥å [ɾ¡¡²Á¡Ï95ÅÀ This tiny, 5-acre vineyard with nearly 50-year old vines produces only 4,000 bottles from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The broodingly tannic, backward 2006 is remarkably concentrated, pure, and deep. It is an amazing tour de force in winemaking, but like nearly all the Perse 2006s, it is a massively built vin de garde with no compromises meant for serious connoisseurs and long-term cellaring. Deep garnet-purple in color, the wine needs a lot of swirling before it begins to release a whole complex melody of notes, one at a time to begin: tilled earth, followed by pronounced licorice, then crushed rocks, then the preserved plums. Eventually, it all comes together into a fascinating crescendo of intense crème de cassis, rose oil, wild blueberries and kirsch notes, giving way to quiet, persistent leitmotif scents of cinnamon stick, truffles and redcurrant jelly. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers all this and more, revealing tightly wound black fruit, red berry and exotic spice layers within a solid, wonderfully plush frame and seamless freshness, finishing with epic length and loads of earth and mineral sparks. This is a profound, highly intellectual, multilayered baby, which will require a good 7-8 years to begin to sing its incredible song, then should cellar a further 40 years at least. By way of reference, think 1989 with more restraint and even greater purity. As I observed when I made the comparison in barrel, the Haut Brion exudes more red fruit than La Mission Haut Brion, adorned with wild strawberry, bilberry, tobacco and again, just that hint of menthol in the background. The palate is very fresh and taut on the entry. The acidity is very nicely pitched and there is a touch of marmalade and blood orange that is tangible at the back of the mouth. There is real frisson to this Haut Brion, not quite as seductive and as smooth as its sibling over the road, but very persistent in the mouth. I noticed that over 15 to 20 minutes that the Haut Brion just gained more and more complexity, putting a small distance between itself and La Mission, as if determined to mock my opinion in barrel that La Mission would have the upper hand! Be my guest. Haut Brion has an inch, just an inch ahead of its "rival" sibling. Ch?teau Haut Brion À֥磻¥ó¡¡750ml [AOC¡Ï¥Ú¥µ¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥ì¥ª¥Ë¥ã¥ó Âè1µé [ɾ¡¡²Á¡Ï92ÅÀ The 2013 Haut Brion has perhaps a little more complexity on the nose compared to the 2013 La Mission Haut-Brion at the moment. There is more depth and plenty of attractive fruit: cranberry, wild strawberry, hickory and a scintilla of scorched earth that becomes quite peaty with time. It is well defined and shows impressive focus. The palate is very well balanced with tensile tannin, a keen thread of acidity, lively in the mouth with more weight and presence than La Mission, though perhaps without quite the same precision at the moment. It still cuts away just a little short on the finish, but this is a decent Haut-Brion that may pull ahead of its "sibling" with bottle age. 227, The Wine Advocate(29th Oct 2016) 2013ǯ¤Î¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤Ï¡¢¸½»þÅÀ¤Ç2013ǯ¤Î¥é¡¦¥ß¥Ã¥·¥ç¥ó¡¦¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤ÈÈæ³Ó¤·¤Æ¡¢¥Î¡¼¥º¤¬¤ª¤½¤é¤¯¤â¤¦¾¯¤·Ê£»¨¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥¯¥é¥ó¥Ù¥ê¡¼¡¢ÌîÀ¸¤Î¥¤¥Á¥´¡¢¥Ò¥Ã¥³¥ê¡¼¡¢»þ´Ö¤È¤È¤â¤Ë¥Ô¡¼¥È¤Î¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤ë¾ÇÅڤΥ·¥ó¥Æ¥£¥é¤Ê¤É¡¢¤è¤ê¿¼¤ß¤¬¤¢¤ê¡¢Ì¥ÎÏŪ¤Ê²Ì¼ÂÌ£¤¬¤¿¤¯¤µ¤ó¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤½¤ì¤ÏÌÀ³Î¤ËÄêµÁ¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢°õ¾ÝŪ¤Ê¾ÇÅÀ¤ò¼¨¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ Ì£¤ï¤¤¤Ï°ú¤Äù¤Þ¤Ã¤¿¥¿¥ó¥Ë¥ó¤ÈÈó¾ï¤Ë¥Ð¥é¥ó¥¹¤¬¼è¤ì¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢»ÀÌ£¤Î±Ô¤¤»å¤Ç¤¢¤ê¡¢¸ý¤ÎÃæ¤ÇÀ¸¤À¸¤¤È¤·¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢¥é¡¦¥ß¥Ã¥·¥ç¥ó¤è¤ê¤â½Å¤ß¤È¸ºß´¶¤¬¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢¤ª¤½¤é¤¯¸½»þÅÀ¤Ç¤Ï¤½¤ì¤Û¤ÉÀµ³Î¤Ç¤Ï¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤»¤ó. ¥Õ¥£¥Ë¥Ã¥·¥å¤Ï¤Þ¤À¾¯¤·Ã»¤¤¤¬¡¢¤³¤ì¤Ï¤Þ¤È¤â¤Ê¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤Ç¤¢¤ê¡¢¥Ü¥È¥ë¤Î½ÏÀ®¤Ë¤è¤ê¡Ö·»Äï¡×¤è¤ê¤âÍ¥¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë²ÄǽÀ¤¬¤¢¤ë¡ÊľÌõ¡Ë¢£Haut Brion¡¡¥ª¡¼¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó ¡¡Âè1µé¡¡ÈªÌÌÀÑ¡¡Ìó43ha¡¡Ç¯´ÖÀ¸»ºÎÌ¡¡Ìó13ËüËÜ ¡¡1µé¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤ÎÃæ¤Ç¤Ï·Ú¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Èɾ²Á¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢ÆüËܿͤΠ¡¡¿©À¸³è¤ò¹Í¤¨¤ë¤È¡¢Ëô¡¢ÆüËܤǤΥեì¥ó¥Á¤Î¥Ð¥¿¡¼¡¢À¸¥¯¥ê¡¼¥à ¡¡¤Î»ÈÍÑÎÌÅù¤ò¹Í¤¨¤ë¤ÈÈó¾ï¤ËÎÁÍý¤Ë¹ç¤ï¤»°×¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¡¡75ǯ°Ê¹ß¤Ï°ÂÄꤷ¤ÆÁÇÀ²¤é¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òºî¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Æ¡¢50ǯÂå ¡¡¤Ï¥ª¥Õ¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¤Ç¤âÁÇÀ²¤é¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òºî¤ê½Ð¤·¤¿¤ê¤·¤Æ¡¢ ¡¡²¿¤È¤âÉԻ׵Ĥʥ·¥ã¥È¡¼¡£ ¡Ø¤³¤Î°ÎÂç¤Ê°ìµé¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤ÏÀ¤³¦¤ÇºÇ¤â¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ç ¡¡¥¢¥í¥Þ¤ÎÊ£»¨¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤Ä¤¯¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤ë¡£ ¤³¤ÎÅÀ¤Ë´Ø ¡¡¤·¤Æ¤Ï¡¢ÍÍ¡¹¤ÊÈ¿ÏÀ¤¬¤¢¤êÆÀ¤ë¤À¤í¤¦¡£ 1980ǯÂå½é ¡¡¤á°Ê¹ß¡¢¥ª¡¼¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤Û¤É¤Î°ì´ÓÀ¤È¡¢µ±¤«¤·¤¤ÉÊ ¡¡¼Á¤ò¼¨¤¹¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ï¤Û¤«¤Ë¤Ê¤¤¡£ ¡Ù ¡¡Èþ½Ñ½ÐÈÇ¼Ò ¡ØBORDEAUX ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ Âè4ÈÇ¡Ù 2013ǯ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó 750ml ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ À֥磻¥ó 79,200 円

It has retained that engagingly fresh and vibrant bouquet, the bashful nature that it showed in barrel replaced by a more outgoing personality. This is an exquisite bouquet with pure black fruit, cold stone, a touch of black olive and later a suggestion of boysenberry preserve. The palate is still structured and considering that a majority is Merlot, quite masculine. There remains some new oak to be fully assimilated, although there is clearly the fruit to soak that up. It comes more alive on the second half with a lovely spiciness and impressive persistence. It will have more to give down the line and the strictness implies that this La Mission Haut Brion should be afforded a decade in the cellar before it will show what it can do. Sadly (or maybe fortunately) for me, I'm not old enough to have tasted the 1955 in 1958 from bottle, but this wine could also be an update on the more modern 2000 which, of course, I know well and actually own. This full-bodied, colossal giant of a wine is one of the goliaths of the vintage. It may well have the highest level of natural alcohol for any wine from the Left Bank of Bordeaux (15.1%) and has the definite potential to be a 50- to 75-year wine. A candidate for the wine of the vintage, the 2009 La Mission-Haut-Brion stood out as one of the most exceptional young wines I had ever tasted from barrel, and its greatness has been confirmed in the bottle. A remarkable effort from the Dillon family, this is another large-scaled La Mission that tips the scales at 15% alcohol. A blend of equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (47% of each) and the rest Cabernet Franc, it exhibits an opaque purple color as well as a magnificent bouquet of truffles, scorched earth, blackberry and blueberry liqueur, subtle smoke and spring flowers. The wine¡Çs remarkable concentration offers up an unctuous/viscous texture, a skyscraper-like mouthfeel, sweet, sumptuous, nearly over-the-top flavors and massive density. Perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime La Mission-Haut-Brion, the 2009 will take its place alongside the many great wines made here since the early 1920s. The good news is that there are nearly 6,000 cases of the 2009. It should last for 50-75+ years. Given the wine¡Çs unctuosity and sweetness of the tannin, I would have no problem drinking it in about 5-6 years.
